Cancellation Policy
At Roots & Reflections, I am committed to providing exceptional service to all my clients. To manage appointments efficiently, here's my cancellation policy: Notices: I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps me accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: If you don't show up for your appointment without notice, a fee of 50% of the service price applies. Frequent no-shows may require prepayment to book. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or modified service. Emergencies: I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling without penalty. Thank you for respecting my time and helping me provide the best service to everyone.
